Number one: Prioritize repairs over upgrades. Upgrades look nice, but prioritize repairs first. The roof, HVAC, electric, and plumbing should be in good condition.

Don't let anyone convince you that photos taken on your phone will do the trick, the photos marketing your home are the first impression buyers have of your home.
